Domino’s Loyalty Program (AUS) - Terms & Conditions

The "Domino’s Loyalty Program" is an online customer loyalty program through which participating individuals (Participants, You, Your) who have registered for an account (Participant Account) and opted into the "Domino's Loyalty Program" can collect points issued by Domino’s (Points) by making Qualifying Orders (as defined below) and redeeming these Points for Domino’s menu items as advertised from time to time (Loyalty Program). The Loyalty Program is valid for a limited time only.
These Terms and Conditions (Loyalty Terms) set out the basis on which Participants may participate in the Loyalty Program and access and use the platform, systems and related services (Loyalty Platform) as offered by Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (DPE, Us, We, Our, Domino's).


These Loyalty Terms form a legally binding agreement between You and DPE regarding Your use of the Loyalty Platform and participation in the Loyalty Program. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Loyalty Terms when You:
communicate to us either verbally or in writing Your acceptance of these Loyalty Terms; create an account and nominate to utilise the Loyalty Platform; or otherwise commence using the Loyalty Platform. You must only use the Loyalty Platform in accordance with the provisions of these Loyalty Terms. We reserve the right to modify, permanently or temporarily disable or discontinue any part of the Loyalty Platform. We also reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw any part of these Loyalty Terms or any information or material appearing on the Loyalty Platform at any time, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without liability to you.
We may change these Loyalty Terms or change or terminate the Loyalty Program (or any part of it) at any time. Where a change to these Loyalty Terms materially affects Your rights or obligations, we will give You advance notice of these changes on a minimum of 30 days’ notice (and, such changes will not apply retrospectively). If the Loyalty Platform, Loyalty Program or these Loyalty Terms are to be changed, disabled or terminated, You can continue to the use the Loyalty Platform and/or any accrued Points before those changes or the termination take effect. Your continued use of the Loyalty Platform or access to or use of the Loyalty Program will constitute Your acceptance of any changes made by us to these Loyalty Terms. If You do not agree to such changes, You should discontinue Your use of the Loyalty Platform and participation in the Loyalty Program.


The Loyalty Program is scheduled to commence on or about [insert date]. Your agreement with DPE commences upon Your acceptance of these Loyalty Terms in accordance with clause 1 and will expire on the date our agreement is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.


The Loyalty Program is open to legal residents of Australia. The Loyalty Program is only offered at participating stores within the States of ACT and South Australia (or such other regions as updated from time to time).
Accounts may only be opened in Australia.
You must have a valid email address and be at least 18 years of age, or otherwise under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian to create an account and become a Participant of the Loyalty Program.


In order for You to access the Loyalty Program You must create an account (Participant Account) at http://order.dominos.com.au. There is no cost or fee involved in You creating Your Participant Account.
By creating a Participant Account, You agree: You have obtained consent of a parent or legal guardian if You are under 18 years of age;
Not to register for more than one Participant Account, create a Participant Account on behalf of someone else, or create a false or misleading Participant Account; Not to transfer Your Participant Account to any other person, association or organisation; To maintain the security of Your user identification, password and any other confidential information relating to Your Participant Account; To notify us immediately in the event of any known or suspected unauthorized use of Your Participant Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of Your Participant Account password; To take the necessary steps to prevent the continuance of any unauthorised use of Your Participant Account by contacting us to change Your login security information or contacting Your primary account provider if You have created a Participant Account via a third party account, such as Facebook, Google or PayPal. Please remember that we do not control those third party websites and services so we cannot make any representations about them and are not responsible for those website and services. You should carefully consider any terms of service documents and privacy policies on those third party websites; and To update and keep Your Participant Account information accurate, including but not limited to, all email addresses, residential addresses, postal addresses and any other contact or personal information we may require upon creation of Your Participant Account.


Earning Points

Earning Points through Online Purchase: A Participant that has created a Participant Account will earn 10 Points for each order of $20 or more submitted through Domino’s online ordering platform (i.e. the Domino's website or Domino's mobile applications) from a participating Domino's store located in Australia as further detailed in clause 6(b) (Qualifying Order), provided the Participant is logged into their Participant Account at the time of making the Qualifying Order or claim the Points within the eligible period after placing a Qualifying Order in accordance with clause 5.1(d). Points earned will be usually available in your Participant Account within 48 hours after a Qualifying Order.


A Participant can only earn a maximum of 10 Points each calendar day, regardless of the number of Qualifying Orders a Participant submits or the number of stores at which Qualifying Orders are placed. Participants may accrue Points on an ongoing basis, without limit, subject to clause 5.3 of these terms and conditions.

Earn Bonus Points or Other Rewards:

From time to time, You may be offered the ability to earn additional, bonus Points or other rewards for a single Qualifying Order made with your Participant Account during a limited time-period (Bonus Points). Those Bonus Points will be subject to these Loyalty Terms, unless otherwise specified and DPE will provide the specific terms and conditions for any such Bonus Points from time to time. Depending on the offer, You may be required to first activate the offer by following the instructions provided before You make the purchase to receive the Bonus Points or receive the reward. Your Qualifying Order must be completed during the stated time-period and must be completed with the email address associated with Your Participant Account; as specified in clause 5.1(d) you cannot make a claim for Bonus Points after an Order is placed if You do not use Your Participant Account at the time of submitting that Order.

Claiming Points for Online Purchase After Order is Placed:

If You make a Qualifying Order but do not use a Participant Account, You may make a request to claim Points after Your Qualifying Order. You must make the request using a valid Participant Account (which may be created after Your Qualifying Order) within thirty 30 days of the date of the Qualifying Order by visiting [insert link] and following the prompts. Requests for Bonus Points will not be accepted. You may only claim one (1) post purchase Points request every thirty (30) calendar days. If the store You ordered from does not participate in the Loyalty Program, You will not be able to claim any Points, see clause 6(b) for details of participating stores. No Cash Value or Transferability: Points do not constitute property, do not entitle a Participant a right or interest in property and have no cash value. As such, Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or assigned for any reason, including on death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law. The sale of Points is strictly prohibited and we may terminate the account of any Participant who attempts to sell Points.

Any Points remaining in a Participant's Account if the Loyalty Program is terminated will be forfeited without compensation, noting that as outlined in clause 1(f) You may continue to use accrued Points up until the effective date of termination, and there shall be no carry over or transfer of Points to other programs (if any) operated by DPE, unless otherwise determined by DPE in its sole and absolute discretion).

Ineligible Orders:

Orders for Domino’s menu items submitted through third party aggregators or ordering applications, or orders via telephone or made in-store, will not earn Points and are ineligible for the purposes of the Loyalty Program. These types of orders are not Qualifying Orders.
Point Redemption


Participants who have earned at least sixty (60) Points may redeem their Points for any free Large Premium, Traditional or Value Range Pizza, or other Domino’s menu items as advertised from time to time (Reward Product) when Participants make an online order through Domino’s online ordering platform (i.e. the Domino's website or Domino's mobile application). Points cannot be redeemed when ordering Domino’s menu items through third party aggregators or ordering applications. DPE may modify the number of Points needed to earn a Reward Product and if this occurs, DPE will notify participants (either by email, SMS or via its website or applications by updating terms and conditions) (and, such amendments will not apply retrospectively).

How to Use Points:

Participants may redeem Points at Domino's locations in Australia online: by clicking on the redemption link in their "Rewards Dashboard" on the Loyalty Platform; or
in the ordering flow on Domino's online ordering platform (i.e. the Domino's website or Domino's mobile application),
and following the instructions to order any Large Pizza, or other Domino's menu items as advertised from time to time as set out in clause 5.2(e). Reward Products will show a zero-dollar balance in a Participant's cart. Additional charges may apply when selecting crust changes, size changes, half ‘n’ half or additional toppings as per DPE’s online terms and conditions (found here: https://www.dominos.com.au/about-us/contact-us/terms-conditions), which may vary from time to time.

Please note that any order that involves a Reward Product is subject to a participating Domino's store's minimum delivery requirement, the details of which can be found at in the DPE online terms and conditions. Participant shall remain responsible for GST and surcharges for orders including a Reward Product.


A Participant may redeem up to five (5) Reward Products in one order, subject to their number of accrued Points. Point Redemption Final: All Point redemptions are final, and the Points will be deducted immediately from Participant's Account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPE will not provide any refunds once Points are redeemed.

Promotional Offers:

From time to time, You may be offered the opportunity to redeem other Domino's menu items as advertised from time to time. These promotional offers may only be available for a limited time period, may offer Points with pre-set expiration dates and may be limited to select store locations. DPE will provide the specific terms and conditions of any promotional offers at such time.

Inactivity & Forfeiture

If a Participant fails to either earn or redeem Points for three hundred and sixty-five (365) consecutive calendar days, the Participant will forfeit any Points and/or any Reward Product remaining in their Participant Account, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without compensation. Prior to Points being due to expire, DPE will send a notification to the Participant that they need to either earn or redeem against their Participant Account. If 365 days pass since last activity, the Participant Account is deemed inactive or forfeited pursuant to this clause 5.3.


The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: Subject to clause 10(d), DPE may take such action as it considers reasonably necessary, including suspension or termination of the Participant’s access to the Participant Account and Loyalty Platform on 24 hours’ written notice, where: You abuse, misuse or attempt to misuse your Participant Account or Points or engage in conduct that DPE, acting reasonably, deems unacceptable. DPE will deem conduct unacceptable if DPE has a reasonable suspicion that Your conduct is deliberately dishonest, fraudulent or wrongful; DPE considers it reasonably necessary in order to protect its rights under these Loyalty Terms and in the Loyalty Platform;
DPE considers it reasonably necessary in order for DPE to comply with any other commercial agreement to which it is a party; the Participant has breached a provision of these Loyalty Terms; the Participant has used the Loyalty Platform in breach of any law, or DPE reasonably considers that the Participant is likely to do so;
DPE suspects or identifies any suspicious or unsolicited activity in relation to the Participant Account; or
the Participant dies.
Not all Domino’s stores in Australia participate in the Loyalty Program. It is the responsibility of the Participant to satisfy themselves of this fact prior to ordering. The Participant acknowledges that no Points can be earned or redeemed if ordering at non-participating stores. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Loyalty Program, accumulation of and redemption of Points, or a Participant's compliance with these Loyalty Terms need to be submitted to feedback@dominos.com.au in writing. We will endeavor to resolve such disputes within a reasonable period of time.
DPE is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Participants while participating in the Loyalty Program. Participants are responsible for maintaining updated contact information in their Participant Account.
In participating in the Loyalty Program, the Participant is subject to the DPE’s online terms and conditions which can be found at: https://www.dominos.com.au/about-us/contact-us/terms-conditions.

By accepting these Loyalty Terms and opt-ing in to receiving electronic messages, You agree to receive email messages from DPE regarding the operation of the Loyalty Program, status of Your Participant Account and Points balance. If you choose to opt-out, you will still receive service-related messages. DPE will communicate with You using a number of mediums including by email, SMS text message to the mobile telephone number that You have provided (if any) and directly via the Loyalty Platform, and You authorise us to do so.
DPE has the right to remove, reject, refuse to post or delete any content, data or information that a Participant posts or uploads to the Loyalty Platform that is deemed to be offensive, unlawful, malicious or discriminatory.


The Participant represents, warrants and undertakes that the Participant: is over 18 years of age, or has obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian prior to creating a Participant Account;
has the capacity and authority to enter into and to perform its obligations under these Loyalty Terms;
will not use the Loyalty Platform in a manner that is contradictory or inconsistent with these Loyalty Terms; will comply with all reasonable and lawful directions that DPE may give from time to time with respect to the Participant’s access to, and use of the Loyalty Platform; will not provide any other person with access to their Participant Account; will not commit fraud, or obtain any benefit by deceiving DPE, the Loyalty Program or any other person; will not access or attempt to access another person's account, password or personal information or otherwise breach a person's privacy; will not infringe the rights, including any intellectual property rights, of any third party in accessing and using the Loyalty Platform; and will not engage in malicious conduct in using the Loyalty Platform including conduct that is targeted at, or has the effect of, disrupting or interfering with the functionality, integrity and operation of the Loyalty Platform. PRIVACY In order to provide Participants with access to the Loyalty Program we will be required to collect certain personal information and data.
The nature of the personal information and data that we collect, including information regarding the manner in which we may use and disclose such personal information and data, is set out in our Privacy Policy https://www.dominos.com.au/about-us/contact-us/privacy-policy.


You must not without DPE’s express written authority engage in the use, copying, reproduction, display modification or distribution of any of the content available through the Loyalty Platform including any text, software, scripts, flash files, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, business names, company names and logos. You must not utilise any tool, program, script or application for the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying or otherwise data mining any portion of the Loyalty Platform. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to or impair any aspect of the Loyalty Platform, or otherwise undertake or engage in actions that impede the operation or functionality of the Loyalty Platform.

Nothing in these Loyalty Terms is to be construed as an assignment or transfer to you of any ownership rights in the intellectual property rights in the Loyalty Platform, or any other content and materials belonging to us.

You may be provided with the ability to post or upload content, data and information to the Loyalty Platform. Where You have posted or uploaded content, data or information, You grant DPE a perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive licence (including the right to novate or assign the licence, and to sub-licence) to use, reproduce, adapt, modify and communicate all such material for any purpose, including incorporating such material into our own advertising, promotional and marketing campaigns.


You may terminate this agreement at any time by opting out of the Loyalty Program within Your Participant Account or by deleting Your Participant Account altogether and ceasing using the Loyalty Platform in any capacity. If you have any difficulty with terminating your Participant Account You can contact feedback@dominos.com.au and We will assist You.

If you have voluntarily terminated your Participant Account at any stage, You are able to create a new Participant Account again in the future.

If DPE terminates in accordance with clause 6(a), DPE may: terminate Your access to the Loyalty Platform;
delete Your Participant Account; or notify You in writing, whether through the Loyalty Platform, by registered SMS text message notification or by email. If DPE terminates Your Participant Account in accordance with clause 10(b), You are strictly prohibited from having a Participant Account with DPE.
With the exception of a termination under clause 10(a), We will generally provide you 24 hours’ notice if We suspend or terminate access to Your Loyalty Platform or delete Your Participant Account, unless We need to immediately do so for security reasons, to comply with Our legal obligations or to protect Our business interests.


We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Loyalty Platform available to You. However, the Loyalty Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without any representation, warranty or guarantee as to quality, condition, accuracy or fitness for purpose and DPE does not warrant that the Loyalty Platform will be free of defect, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, current, stable, bug free, error free or available at any time in respect of its operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPE (including its directors, officers, contractors, employees, shareholders, suppliers and related companies) will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or any special, punitive, indirect or consequential loss or damage (Loss) incurred by You or by any other person whether directly or indirectly related to these Loyalty Terms.


While We take reasonable efforts so Points and Bonus Points are correctly awarded, We appreciate You may have a question or query regarding the allocation of Points or Bonus Points. You may also have questions regarding the Loyalty Terms or Loyalty Program. Please contact feedback@dominos.com.au in the first instance.
GENERAL DPE may without further notice to You, assign or otherwise transfer the benefit of all or any part of these Loyalty Terms to any other person or entity, and any such person or entity will be bound by these Loyalty Terms. You must not assign, novate or otherwise transfer any rights, benefits or liabilities relating to these Loyalty Terms without DPE’s prior written consent.

These Loyalty Terms are governed by the law in force in the State of Queensland and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts competent to determine appeals from those courts, in relation to any proceedings that may be brought at any time relating to these Loyalty Terms.

Any provision of these Loyalty Terms that is wholly or partially illegal, void or unenforceable will be severed to the extent that it is illegal, void or unenforceable. The validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Loyalty Terms is not affected.
